What would scares you the most? Problems ... most of us would probably tries to avoid or ignore it. We try to make every way possible not to create any problems don't we? Problems will always be a burden if your thoughts/perception about it is nothing but negative. Believe me problems will never ever go away, it will always follow you wherever you go just like a shadow.

A recent conversation with a friend led me to this post, which started with a question "You don't seem to have any problems do you? How did you stay positive all the time?"

In all honesty, I'm just a mere ordinary human just like everybody else. Nothing amazing or great about me that I could think of, just that I might see the world differently ... Problems for most people is stress, a huge block that messing up the mind.
But how to always stay positive? How to deal with problems? I see problems as a way for me to improve my life, without problems I would've never progress I could've never be the person I am today. The world would be a lousy place to live in. Problems actually makes you thinking, it is part of your growth. It is in the approach that you take towards solving it. It doesn't really matter if you can solved it or not, its the journey that counts; it is about the lesson learn. Whatever problems that may come upon us, there's always a reason behind. Let problems be your guidelines, a chance for you to do your best. If you are willing to let yourself see the positive side in everything, you will see the silver lining!

“We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
-Albert Einstein

“The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.”
-Albert Ellis
